We are a small scale farm in Bellingen on the Mid North Coast of NSW.
Our Russian Garlic is sold exclusively at Carriageworks Farmers Markets on the 4th Sat of each month Feb-Jul each year.

Our 6 acre river flat paddocks are the perfect location for growing our organically grown, chemical free produce. Our main crop Russian Garlic which is planted around Easter each year and harvested in November/December, we also grow Ginger and Turmeric. We plant everything on our farm by hand, planting, weeding and harvesting. We regularly feed biodynamic solutions to promote growth and enhance the taste of our Russian Garlic.
Russian Garlic is much bigger than imported garlic. Each bulb has approximately 6-10 cloves. Once you have tried fresh, chemical free Russian Garlic you will never buy imported garlic again.
Milder, sweeter taste to other varieties.
Not grown or treated with chemicals.
Bulbs can keep up to 12 months.
Cloves are much larger + are easy to peel.
